Milo Sabine was a man with ties to Anna Espinosa.
Season 4
After Nadia was captured by Espinosa, she forced Sydney to meet a man in Brussels or else she would kill Nadia. Sydney, posing as Anna herself, met with Sabine on a bench on an abandoned street in Brussels. When they arrived, Sabine requested that a man named Willem Karg be killed and his right index finger cut off in less than 40 minutes. Sydney, Dixon and Vaughn fake his death (but cut off his finger) and Sydney shows the evidence to Sabine. Satisfied, Sabine gave Sydney a Dante Compound and left the bench.
