Jorge was a worker for Kazu Tamazaki.
Before Season 4[]
Three months before Season 4, Nadia Santos was undercover in the presence of Jorge. They had a romantic relationship. At some point between the three months it was Jorge's birthday.
Season 4[]
Jorge was shocked to see Nadia again, who was only there to save her sister Sydney who was being tortured by Kazu Tamazaki. Nadia was equip with Tranquillizer Lips from Marshall Flinkman. After kissing Jorge for several sections he was knocked unconscious and Nadia took his key card to gain access to the room Sydney was being held in.
