Francine "Francie" D. Calfo was a close friend of Sydney Bristow prior to and during her time at SD-6. She was murdered by Allison Doren, who has been genetically modified to look exactly the same as Francie.

Francie and Sydney had apparently been close friends since childhood. Little is known about Francie's childhood or early life apart from her friendship with Syndey.

Francie and Will's relationship began to reach its climax when they made out in the kitchen when Sydney wasn't home. Will and Francie both exposed the information to her and agreed that they had started a relationship.
But the partnership was short lived, because after Sydney and Jack's cover were blown at SD-6, Sloane sent an assassin named Allison Doren to murder Francie, which she did by shooting her in the forehead in her own restaurant. (Phase One)

After she was killed by Allison, she only appeared in two flashbacks, One of them was a flashback of how she was killed by Allison in her restaurant. She also appears in a brief flashback in the series finale, where it is revealed that Sydney met her first fiancé, Danny Hecht, through Francie and her boyfriend (All The Time In The World).
